These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orzyn LLC ("Orzyn," "we," "us") website and services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them to infringe the rights of others. Access to certain features may require a separate written agreement.
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity conducted through your organization's use of the Services.
The Services, including all software, text, designs, and marks (including "ORZYN" and the Orzyn logo), are owned by Orzyn LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Some features are offered on an early-access or evaluation basis and may change or be discontinued. Any pricing shown is illustrative and finalized in a written agreement.
The Services and site content are provided for general informational and security purposes. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and Orzyn's verification records are evidence — not a determination of liability, guilt, innocence, or compliance by any court, regulator, or other authority.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Orzyn does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will prevent all fraud or unauthorized activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orzyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Orzyn's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Orzyn for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or, for the free website, one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Orzyn harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date; your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Orzyn LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
