Why Orzyn exists

The AI industry built machines — and forgot the part that answers for what they do.

Orzyn was started to fix that: to put a real, responsible human back at the moment a machine takes a consequential action.

The problem that started it

AI can now move money, sign orders, change records, and grant access — often faster than any human could check. When one of those actions goes wrong, the question that matters isn't which model did it. It's who authorized it, and who answers for it. Today, almost no one can prove the answer. A stolen login, a spoofed face, an over-eager agent — and the blame lands on whoever's name was on the account, whether they were there or not.

Orzyn closes that gap. Not by guarding the model, but by guarding the action — proving a real, present, uncoerced human stood behind it, in a way that holds up afterward — and protects the person who wasn't there.

Who's behind it

Daniel B. Fagbuyi, MD

Founder

A practicing emergency physician whose career has been about seeing how systems fail before they do — standing up for the people they fail, calling out risk before it becomes disaster, and demanding the plan, the readiness, and the accountability to stop it. At the bedside, in uniform, and before Congress. Orzyn is that instinct, turned on AI: built for the room where a wrong action reaches a patient, an account, or the public.

A trust company should put a real, named human behind it — while practicing the security discipline it sells.

In the media

A physician's voice on biodefense, public health, and now AI accountability — in print, on air, and before Congress. We reserve "authored" for real bylines and keep the rest honest.

Security & compliance

We're HIPAA compliant, with a BAA available, and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in active readiness — controls implemented ahead of formal audit, with the report and certification to follow. We never claim a certification before the report exists. And by design, Orzyn stores no biometric.
