Yes. The model is sector-agnostic. Banks, platforms, and government agencies use the same per-user pricing. The examples differ (a wire, an access grant, a records change), the price book doesn't.
No. When an organization sponsors its people, those individuals are verified at no cost to themselves. Solo and small practices subscribe directly at the Starter tier.
For platforms verifying large volumes of end-users, we offer custom metered pricing. Talk to us and we'll model it to your volume.
Routine verifications are included in the seat. The highest-liability actions — large wires and transfers, controlled-substance orders — are priced to the value at stake as premium verified events, available from the Team tier up. We model the exact structure (per-event or value-banded) with you so it fits your risk and volume.
We're HIPAA compliant with a BAA available. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in active readiness — controls implemented ahead of formal audit, with the report and certification to follow. We publish our posture in our Trust Center and never claim a certification before the report exists.
